Tds deduction in case of transporter

27 January 2016 We r having freight bilty from Transport agency and they are giving us decleration for not deduct of TAX but in this case truck vehicle is not his own and they are affixing more than teen vehicle. They r just commission agent then what we need to do to deduct TDS or not?

27 January 2016 Deduct TDS, only truck owners having 10 or less vehicles are eligible to give declaration.
