13 August 2020 A newly incorporated LLP is required to deduct TDS even if it is expected to have Turnover below Tax Audit Limit. Please explain TDS applicability provision in details.

13 August 2020 Such turnover below tax audit limit applicable only to individual and huf. So LLP has to deduct tax irrespective of turnover.
