Tds deduction

I'm running a small company were my monthly turnover is Rs.15,000, now I had given a quote for a AMC work for an apartment, the apartment association says that they will deduct TDS, I need to know that what is the TDS limit, i.e what is the maximum amount I can get whitout going into TDS,

Single bill less then 30000 and aggregating less then 75000 in a year..

30,000 at a time or 75,000 in a financial year. Pl see section 194C.
