07 January 2009 1. SHOULD I DEDUCT TDS FOR THE INVOICES I RECEIVE FOR PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE WHICH CONTAINS SERVICE TAX COLLECTED IN IT?
2. SHOULD I DEDUCT TDS FOR THE ABOVE IF IT HAS VAT TOO?
