22 July 2010 In case we have to pay the rent from April.10 to Mar.11, for Rs. 15000/- as rent PM, it is compulsory to Deduct the TDS?

22 July 2010 Section 194I says....exceeds Rs.180000/-during the financial year.In view of that, tax need not be deducted.
