i am working pvt ltd company .This company paid amount 180000/- as a consultency charges for M-CRIL Certification with out deducting tds few months back ,now the company realaises what are the remedy for this .plz guide me

and deposit with intrest from your account if matter is related to this year
and communicate with the officials of the concerned company to return you the tds amount cheque to nullify the effect
