A Firm has submitted Bill for an amount of Rs.82000/- including VAT towards supply & Installation of (02) Air Conditioner. My question is the TDS should be deducted on bill amount or not

Purchases are covered under TDS Provisions
Service Portion are covered under section 194J as fees for technical services
If Installation charges exceeds RS. 30,000/- then only you have required to deduct TDS
