12 April 2009 What is last date tds filling for the year 08-09 pls clarify.

12 April 2009 TDS for all the payments/credits upto 30.03.2009 should be paid by 07.04.2009.

However TDS for all the payments/credits done on 31.03.2009 should be paid by 31.05.2009.
