26 November 2013 We purchase computer software in form of license keys from Europe, does we need to deduct TDS on remittance to the company in Europe, if yes what would be the rate of TDS.

we are still confused, could you pls elaborate your answer. just for your information in our case there is no physical material import we just get license keys of the software through emails.
