Weather company is required to deduct tax on one time maintenance charges on car paid to authorized service station(car is owned by company)& provided to its employees:-
case-1
Company direct pays to authorized service station;
weather tax is required to be deducted on direct payment to authorized service station, in case car is owned by employee;
please guide as per company prespective.

tds is not appliable as the same is not work contract as per amended sec 194C
03 October 2021
In this case TDS on service charges would be applicable provided it exceeded the limit u/s. 194C.
