Weather company is required to deduct tax on one time maintenance charges on car paid to authorized service station(car is owned by company)& provided to its employees:- case-1 Company direct pays to authorized service station;
weather tax is required to be deducted on direct payment to authorized service station, in case car is owned by employee; please guide as per company prespective. regards Harpreet singh
