29 November 2016 The ans is yes tcs is applicable in case if Sale consideration exceeds rs 2lakhs in this case.

29 November 2016 Would this be covered under the TCS Code 6CM as value of motor vehicle is less than 10 lacs? or

As value of Motor vehicle (other than two wheeler) do not exceed 10 lacs, TCS is not applicable?
