08 January 2021 We received Rs90 lakhs advance in november 2020 against sale of goods . We could not deliver goods and returned 10 lakhs advance in nov20 and balance in Dec2020. We had previous year sale above 10 crores. How tcs will be calculated in above case. Please advise.
