30 January 2010 At what rate short term capital gain will be taxed(under which section, in case a non-resident Indian sale listed shares in unrecognized stock exchange?

01 February 2010 Section 111A is applicable for STCG on shares, rate is 15% of STCG.

However, in the case of Non-Resident you will have to take care of FIRST PROVISO oF SECTION 48 also.
