    Dear Sir, Thanks a lot for your clarification on my query on the treatment of car allowance under cafetaria approach. In your reply you have mentioned about the rebate as Rs.1800 + Rs.900. The amount of Rs.1800 is being already considered by us. But the amount Rs.900 could not be made out. I hope it will be mentioned in your reply as Rs1800/Rs.900 in lieu of Rs.1800+Rs.900. Please clarify for our easy comprehension. Moreover, if you can provide us the relevant section/notification/clarification by IT deptt. memo no., it will be very much helpful to us.     Dear sir, I am B.COM Graduate and I am work as a Accountant,Ill drop collage in 2003 (after FYBCOM)due to my financial problem but in 2008 all given exams of SYBCOM and i passed and i am appear to TYBCOM in 2009. TYBCOM also cleared in 70% but after TYBCOM ill not done any thing, my classes sir told me to go For ICWAI because of ill scored in TYBCOM (Financial Accounting 96/100,Mgmt Accounting 93/100,Taxation 94/100) i want to do now ICWAI course please guide me on this course. I want to work also because my financial matters. can i give Icwai CC exams or to be oral ??. ill ready to go classes also but i am very confused to do oral or CC. I also heard the cc exams student failed more % as compare to oral course student its true please guide me

    Dear Experts/Friends, I am a Sr. level Professional with 20+ yrs. of expertise in Sales/Mktg & Bus. Dvlpt. and have executed 2 big MNC IT cos. Indian Operation lately ... Now, I have been offered by an new startup Indian IT Pvt. ltd. Co..... wherein I have to lead the operation from the scratch including settting up of the Sales / mktg team and the whole onus of Sales/Mktg Target is on my shoulder .. The other Directors expertise is only into Product development and administration ... They have asked me to work out the remuneration package and then we sit across to discuss/negotiate. I have clearly asked them I would not like to work only as a Sales/Mktg Head or a CEO (employment) but also should be at par with other directors level and should also get a Stake into this new pvt. ltd. company. As I am new to this Stake-Profit-Salary sharing at the President/CEO -cum - Director level ... Can someone pls guide me to understand the market standards and practices into such offerings.. I have to work out on both aspects as a CEO/President - Salary, Incentive part as well as being a Director (if approved by all the directors) Salary, Stake & Profit sharing component as a Director. I would be highly obliged if someone provides me very detailed and appropriate guidance/suggestion on URGNET basis , as I have to get back to them in a day-or-two.
