Dear Sir,
I am a registered works contractor. compounded my work in 3.03%. but i have some unregistered purchase under 6(2). can a levey tax under 6(2)

With effect from 1-4-2008, a works contractor opted to pay KVAT at compounded rate need not pay tax u/s 6(2) of the Kerala Value Added Tax Act,2003.
