Employee of my firm has fraudulent taken credit of my clients income tax credit in his bank account. Remedy against employee ? P.s. employee has quit my firm and the fraud has been detected now. Remedy in terms of CPC or income tax act ?

No remedy under income tax. Proceed under CPC file police complaint.
