03 November 2010 What are the Criteria to get TDS credit on the TDS deducted on Foreign Consultancy Income.

And where this TDS detail has to be mention on ITR-4.

03 November 2010 For getting the credit of TDS deducted in foreign country, you should produce the certificate of deduction of TDS in that country and you should have tax payable in india for getting the credit.
