how can i calculate annumlly tax as per CTC?

Calculate your Net Salary after taking deduction available in the Income tax Act. supposed- Section 80C,80U,80D,80DD,24(i),etc than compare with the exempted level and calculate your tax and divide the amount by 12 month.
