A person having professional receipts of Rs. 9 Lakhs as well as the same time having business receipts of Rs. 35 Lakhs whether tax audit is applicable?

Profession and business may be separately viewed. Gross receipts from profession and turnover from business are with in the threshold limits and hence, as per my understanding, tax audit is not required.
