15 September 2010 Sole Prop.(he himself is computer engineer)is running software development business with some employees,you can say 10-15 employees.Whether he as sole prop.is covered under Rs 10 lac(now 20 lacs) category or Rs 40 lac(now 60 Lacs) category for the tax audit purpose under section 44AB of Income Tax Act,1961?
