Suspension on rcm for unregistered dealer

25 October 2017 Now, the RCM was suspended for unregistered dealer transactions by a registered dealer under a notification dated 13.10.2017. Whether it has prospective or retrospective effect? Is government issued seperate notification for RCM suspension for CGST, SGST, IGST, UTGST?

26 October 2017 Persons already paid GST under RCM so prospective only applicable.

26 October 2017 The effect of the change in the Notification is always prospective unless specifically mentioned. So the change is with effect from 13.10.2017.
