I HAVE TAKEN A PROPERTY UNDER LEASE AGGREMENT, AND PAY A STAMP DUTY ON IT.
CAN WE CLAIM A STAMP DUTY PAID U/S 80C OR NOT....

Only for purchase of house property 80C deduction on stamp duty is available not for lease.
