Can someone provide me the slab rates for Shops & Establishment, for remitting fees based on the number of employees in the organization.

16 November 2011 Hi Renuka Prasad/All,

Can you please tell me if we can renew/pay fees as per the next slab if we are about to fall into the next slab after 1months time.

Or is there a time limit to do renewal once a particular slab limit is reached.

Eg: Now we have paid Rs.7500/- and our head count is 41. So can I pay the differential and get renewal for 50 to 99 employees slab or should I wait till my head count exceeds 49 as per Rs.7500/- slab and then do the renewal.
