20 November 2013 Dear All,

Our one of the client has get the notice u/s. 148, now in proceedings of notice, The AO posted notice u/s. 133(6) to persons from whom client has purchased the goods. But they can not respond to notice u/s. 133(6).

So, The AO puted the responsibility to our client to come with them in AO office, if they had not come with our client, The AO will had power to do assessement at his own view.

So, we need your help on this issue or send us a case study relating to this. Please take it as urgent,
