Can I set-off short term capital loss from any other short term capital gain and interest income?

Yes, Short term capital loss can be setoff against short term capital gain but not against Interest income which falls under Income from other sources.

I have a loss of Rs 24500.00 from Equity (STC loss) and a gain of Rs. 105000.00 from ESOP of my company. This company is listed on stock exchange in US so this is considered as short term gain (am I correct?). This gain of Rs. 105000.00 is after considering FMV of the stock on day of sale. So Can I set-off my short term loss from Equity (in India) against my gain from ESOP (from USa company)
