Service tax rate on original job work

Dear all,
if someone doing original job work with materials in a company, than what rate of service tax should he apply on bill.
Please suggest. Thank you.

Pay 14% service tax on value of job work excluding material cost. If it is in the nature of manufacturing activity on which excise duty is paid no service tax payable.
