31 December 2016 My client is telephone recharge distributor. His turnover is about 50 lakhs. Which tax is applicable for him service tax or vat..???

01 January 2017 Only service tax applicable. Distributor need not pay service tax if telephone company already paid service tax. He need to pay service tax only on commission received.
