Hi All Transportation charges by road, charged by ABC logistic pvt ltd to a PQR proprietorship firm ABC is charging ST @4.5%, is charging this under Abatement or Reverse charge???????? Is PQR liable to pay ST personally??????? kindly reply thnx in advance

PQR proprietorship firm is registered with central excise & Service tax department too ( an Exporter of chillies ). Is liable to pay directly ST to the department under PRCM???? what about the ABC Logistic, whether it is charging ST @ 4.5% under abatment or partial reverse charge????? kindly reply soon. thnx in advance
