Did supreme court given any judgement for serive tax on rent?

18 January 2011 No change... since 18/5/10 it is stayed vide a stay order by Delhi High Court

18 January 2011 Supreme court stayed the order of Delhi high court. The case is listed for hearing in this month itself viz., 20th January.
