22 August 2015 If legal Constitution of the hospital is corporate service tax may applicable on RCM and if he offering services in relation to beauti, cosmetic or fitness related services then service tax is applicable. If he had any other income such rental from pharmacy, rental from canteen etc... Liable to service tax.
