(a) Every individual/ partnership firm is obligatory to deposit the amount of service tax by 5th of the month following the quarter ending except for the last quarter where in the due date is 31st of March. (b) In case of other service provider the due date shall be 5th of the following month except for the month of March where the payment should be mode by 31st March it self
