There are four Categories of Deductions,
1. 100% Deduction of amount donated, without any Qualifying Limit
2. 50% Deduction of amount donated, without any Qualifying Limit
3. 100% Deduction of amount donated, Subject to Qualifying Limit
4. 100% Deduction of amount donated, Subject to Qualifying Limit
My Query is How I will Understand whether Deduction is 100% or 50%
Please help me
1. 100% Deduction of amount donated, without any Qualifying Limit

But on what basis I will understand it is 100% or 50% if on receipt there is not sufficient information

Check with the institution or check the link provided. Most of the donation will fall under 50% category.

only Specified donations are eligible for 100% dedn like prime minister relief fund
