Section 80C : FD with ABN AMRO Bank for 60 Month?

One of our employee has submitted a cyber receipt of FD with ABN AMRO Bank for 60 months.

This receipt nowhere mentions as Tax saver.

Please tell us Can this proof is admissible under section 80C.

Please reply urgent.

10 March 2009 80C benefit cannot be allowed. Pl refer CBDT Notification 203 dated 28/7/2006 reported in 284 ITR (St)73.
