A company has turnover of Rs 60 lacs and incurs a loss of Rs 10 lacs during the year.
Does the company is under obligation to get its accounts audited under section 44AB?

Audit u/s 44AB not applicable in view turnover not exceeded the limit. 44AD not applicable to companies.
