Return declared invalid under section 139(9). Can we revise the return.

If it is still available for rectifying the defect than you should rectify the defect. But if it is declared invalid and link for submitting response u/s 139(9) does not appear than you may call ASK or CPC for clarification.

can we revise the return as the same has been declared invalid for fin year 2014-15.

If original ITR invalidate, you have to file belated return.
