Form 10IEA is a form that can be used by taxpayers to exercise their right to choose between the old or the new regime. By filling this form, the taxpayers can inform the income tax department of their choice regarding the tax regime.

Thank You. further i want to know which assessee has to file this form such as salaried persons, business income or capital gains, income from other sources, income from house propertly.
