Dear All, My query is our director has form one of the private limited company in the year 2010. After that he never filed Income Tax Return & ROC Return. As per mca guideline his name is disqualified due to non filling of ROC return. What is Solution for The Same and if we are going to filled the ROC return for last 9 years what is penalty applicable on the same. Thanks. Regards, Kiran
