Respected Experts, I recently Incorporated a PVT LTD company. So my query is , What are the filings required during the first year of Incorporation and also at the end of Financial Year ?

Within 30 Days of Incorporation Registered Office Address: File Form INC-22 with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) if the registered office address was not provided at incorporation.
First Board Meeting: Conduct the first board meeting to appoint the first statutory auditor, issue shares, and address other statutory needs. The minutes of this meeting should be documented.
Appointment of Auditor: Appoint the first auditor within 30 days of incorporation. File Form ADT-1 with RoC after the AGM to confirm the auditor’s appointment.
Within 60 Days of Incorporation Issuance of Shares: Issue shares to the subscribers of the Memorandum of Association and provide share certificates as per Form SH-1.
Within 180 Days of Incorporation Certificate to Commence Business: File Form INC-20A to obtain a certificate confirming that the company has received subscription money and verified its registered office address. End of Financial Year Filings Annual General Meeting (AGM) The first AGM must be held within nine months from the end of the financial year (which runs from April 1 to March 31). For a company incorporated after January 1, the first financial year ends on March 31 of the following year.
Annual Filings Form MGT-7 (Annual Return): File within 60 days of holding the AGM. This form includes details about shareholders, directors, and other key information.
Form AOC-4 (Financial Statements): File this form within 30 days of holding the AGM. It includes balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and directors' reports.
