Three directors have bank account in the same bank, two have got DIN numbers whereas whole time director does not have. For ROC filing, it appears DIN Number is necessary. What should be done. What actually is DIN Number. Kinldy expain. it is urgent please.

DIN is Direector Identification Numner. Its compulsory for any form filing with ROC. You need to file a DIN application giving all details of that Director in prescribed form and paying requisite fee. Then you will get the DIN number.

Hello , DIN stands for Directors Identification number ,it is the unique number for each directors as we have pan numbers
It is MAndatory for every director to have DIN number
Steps to apply for DIN -Fill DIN -1 form online , pay rs 100 , u wil get provisional din number -take print out of the form -Make director sign the form , attach relevant proofs and send it to the given address - after u send it , MCA will check the correctness of the form and either approve or reject the DIn if it is rejected u need to rectify the query - after DIN is approved , fill DIN 2 form - Fill and Upload Din 3 form . - if each procedure is completed , u can check it is Veiw signatories portal on MCA site
