To The Experts Our Company being a 100% State Govt owned Company comes under RTI Act. One person seek some information under RTI Act. But we know he will use such information not his own purpose but for some other ulterior motive which may be harmful to the regular business of the company. So can we abstain ourselves to supply the information he applied for? Does RTI act permit us? If we refuse to give any information is there any penal action under RTI Act? Regards Abhijit
