is it possible to revise 3 CA-3CD or 3CB-3CD if yes is there any negative consequences also??

26 September 2014 Generally, tax audit report cannot be revised. However, tax audit report can be revised , in the following circumstances, by stating on the face of the report that it is a revised report with due disclosure of the reason for revision.

* Revision of accounts.

* Change in law with retrospective effect.

* Change in interpretation of law.
