My friend filed return Ass. year 14-15, 31 july 2014. The return was defective. notice issued u/s 139(9). he filed return in responce notice 139(9) in march 2015. Intimation u/s 143(1) received july. some deduction are not entered that return. he should file Revised or rectify ITR.
