SIR/MADAM, MY QUERY IS CAN SERVICE RECIPIENT TAKE INPUT TAX CREDIT IN GTA UNDER GST.THE SERVICE RECIPIENT PAID GST @5% ON GTA. AND WHAT IS THE 6DIGIT CODE THIS TYPE OF WORK.

Yes he can take ITC if he is providing taxable output.
