Ours is a Agriculture Research Institute(Autonomous Body) we have a guest house in our organization premises and we give the guest house for rent my query is do we have to pay GST on Guest house rent?

28 September 2017 GST applicable only when rent per day per room is charged is in excess of Rs 1000 and annual rent receipts exceeds 20 lacs.

29 September 2017 Sir we are taking rs.350 as rent per day for organization guest house where I have to show this amount in nill rated or exempted

29 September 2017 Mr Seetharaman In case total rent exceed 20 lakhs but rent is 350/ then no need to pay GST and if not registered no need for go in for registration. Am I right sir?
