25 December 2011 As returns are being e filed and no document(Form 10E) is attached how can one claim relief u/s 89(1) ?
Is it necessary to claim such relief?
Can the relief be taken if return filed after due date?

25 December 2011 yes you can take benefits of U/S 89(1) after due date also. there is no need to submit any document at the time of return filing.
