Dear Sir, Give me proceedure to get register home in the name of the present owner who purchase from owner who purchase home from the previous registerd owner. Still this home is registered in the name of the previous owner (registerd owner),person who purchase this home now he want to get register this home on his name but he dont know the registered person and dont know whether he may live or not on whose name this home is register.How can he get register his name.

According to me the transfer of immovable property is not valid unless it is registered, So need to go in detail and have to show the receipt of payments of the consideration to the registered owner and the document provided by the registered owner and ask his legal adviser to do the remaining as early as possible.

You need to prepare Sale Deed signed by both the parties. Get it Notarised by the Lawyer. Do include the date of sale, Amount of sale and name of both the parties. You will need sign of 2 witness also.
It better if you consult some Lawyer. He will give you the required format. After that you need to get it register to the local MunicipaL Authority.
Sale is completed once the registration and ownership is transferred. Its important to transfer the ownership.
