We have make the application for shifting of registered office from gujarat to new delhi to the CLB. We have received a letter from state revenue dept(gujarat) for payment of taxes at state or at national level if any.
So kindly suggest how to proceed with this issue..

According to me tax is revenue of the government and not the revenue of the state so it will not be the question in transfer of registered office from one state to another state, wherever you go you have to pay tax you are liable. So pay the tax in case of any due their.
