PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT REGISTER OF MEMBERS TO BE MAINTAINED BY A COMPANY U/S 150. HOW IT IS MAINTAINED WHEATHER IT IS AMINTAINED IN VOL-1 AND VOL-2

Umesh, it depends on how may members a company has and whether it is a listed large publkic ltd co or a basic pvt ltd co with just 2-3 directors. If its a private limited company then you can purchase a comprehensive "Statutory Register" which will not only take care of your Sec. 150/151 but also other sections like 297, 299, 301, 303, 307, EGM dates, Charges, etc.
If its a large oraganization, then i think you must get it custom made from a stationery maker. You'll also need to maintain an index of members when the number of members crosses 50.
