11 December 2009 Please tell me whether TDS is applicable or not on Printing & Stationery(Printing of Visiting Cards etc....). Please specify related section or case law.......

11 December 2009 TDS is not applicable on purchase of Printing and Stationery since it is a sale and hence tds is not applicable
