DURING ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE, DEMAND ORDER IS NOT RAISED BUT ASSESSEE WILL PAY TAX BEFORE DEMAND ORDER, SO UNDER WHICH HEAD SUCH PAYMENT OF TAX WILL APPLICABLE?
